1. Information We Collect (Strict Data Minimization)
ArtisanStudio Pro operates under strict data minimization. We only collect data essential for optical staging and authorized connected shop synchronization:
- Connected Shop Authentication: Shop name, numeric shop identifier, seller user identifier, and temporary OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens.
- Listing Media: Product photography and listing identifiers that you explicitly select for optical staging.
- Technical Session Data: Volatile staging session states, selected backdrop textures, and contact shadow coordinates.
🛡️ Zero Buyer PII: ArtisanStudio Pro does NOT collect, store, access, or sell any personal data of your shop's buyers or end customers (no names, physical addresses, emails, credit cards, or order records).
2. Data Retention, Ephemeral Storage & Daily Automated Purge
In full compliance with Section 4 of the Etsy API Terms of Use:
- Listing Metadata Cache: Retrieved listing data (
listings_r) is cached in volatile memory for a maximum of 6 hours. Shop basic headers are cached for up to 24 hours. - Temporary Image Processing Buffers: Optical alpha-cutouts and staging renders are stored in isolated volatile storage and are automatically purged every 24 hours via an automated daily server cron job executed at 03:00 UTC.
- Immediate Deauthorization Purge: When you disconnect your shop in the app or revoke access via your Etsy Account Settings, all OAuth tokens, cached listings, and image buffers are erased immediately and permanently.
3. Intellectual Property & Zero AI Model Training Guarantee
- 100% Artisan Ownership: You retain complete, undivided ownership, copyright, and intellectual property over your original photographs and generated compositions.
- No Public or Private Model Training: Your craft photographs, design patterns, and staged outputs are never used to train, evaluate, or fine-tune artificial intelligence models.
4. Third-Party Sub-Processors & Data Transfers
Data is transferred strictly via encrypted TLS 1.3 channels to:
- Etsy, Inc. (Open API v3): For secure shop authentication and seller-authorized photo publishing.
- Isolated Cloud GPU Sub-Processors: For optical segmentation and contact shadow rendering under enterprise Zero-Data Retention agreements (no persistent logs or disk writes).
