1. Acceptance & Service Scope

ArtisanStudio Pro is a specialized optical staging platform created for handcrafted creators, vintage curators, and artisans. It provides clean studio backdrops, lighting correction, contact shadows, and direct Etsy API synchronization for supplementary listing images.

2. Seller Obligations & Marketplace Policy Compliance

By connecting your connected store and publishing images through ArtisanStudio Pro, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• Preservation of Slot #1: You will always preserve at least one unaltered camera photograph of the physical item showing its real condition (enforced automatically in Slot #1 by ArtisanStudio Pro).
• Zero Deceptive Representation: You will not deliberately scale or alter the apparent size, material qualities, or flaws of items in a manner that misleads prospective buyers.
• Mandatory Human Inspection: You will personally review and approve every staged composition via the Human Verification Gate prior to publishing to your listing. Automated headless bot publishing is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property & User Media

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all photographs, crafts, and assets uploaded to our platform. DropAlertz LLC asserts no ownership or licensing rights over your creative assets, except the temporary right to process and display them as directed by your editing actions.

4. Third-Party Trademarks & Independence

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. ArtisanStudio Pro is an independent commercial application operated solely by DropAlertz LLC. It uses the Etsy API but is not certified, sponsored, or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

5. Termination & Token Revocation

You may terminate your connection at any time by disconnecting your connected shop in the studio interface or revoking authorization through your Etsy Account Settings. Upon termination, all authentication credentials and cached listing records are wiped immediately.
